BİNOM Research and Consulting Services conducts face-to-face interviews with the most suitable participants according to the relevant research scope within the framework of quantitative research methods, aiming to achieve the most efficient results.
The face-to-face interview method;
- Allows research to be conducted with relevant participants in different environments such as over the phone, at home, in shopping centers, or on the street.
- Is commonly used in research such as Usage and Attitude (U&A), employee and customer satisfaction, product testing and development, advertising awareness, and market segmentation.
- Includes methods such as street surveys, store accompaniment studies, home/studio surveys, drop-off and pick-up studies as data collection methods.
- Is conducted by trained interviewers under the supervision of a supervisor.
All face-to-face research projects conducted by BİNOM Research and Consulting Services are preceded by pilot studies.
These pilot studies allow for early intervention from project managers and clients.
At least 20% of the surveys conducted within face-to-face research projects are checked by BİNOM Research and Consulting Services officials.
